We’ve added several new tools to help you work faster and reduce manual steps. Here’s a quick look at what’s new and why it’s useful.


Bulk Select & Create Vendor Service Fees and Vendor Contract Fees

What’s new:

You can now select and create multiple vendor service fees or vendor contract fees at one time instead of adding them one by one.

Why this is useful:

  • Saves time when setting up services and contracts
  • Makes it easier to add standard fee sets
  • Makes it easier to bill extraneous charges to clients.

Copy + Create New Services

What’s new:

You can now copy an existing service and use it as the starting point to create a new service, with options for what information carries over.

Why this is useful:

  • Faster service setup when services are similar
  • Less manual data entry
  • Create new services while terminating old ones at the same time

Bulk Terminate All Services from the Location Page

What’s new:

From the Location page, you can now terminate multiple services at once using a single termination date.

Why this is useful:

  • Quick cleanup when a site closes or changes vendors
  • No need to open and terminate each service separately
  • Keeps service end dates consistent

Client Invoice Date Flexibility

What’s new:

You can set a default invoice date on a client account, while also having the ability to change the date on individual invoices before sending them.

Why this is useful:

  • Supports different client billing needs
  • Easy to handle special billing situations
  • More control over when invoices are dated

Archive Client Accounts

What’s new:

You can now archive client accounts that are no longer in use, as long as they are not linked to any locations and do not have unpaid invoices.

Why this is useful:

  • Keeps account lists clean and easier to use
  • Prevents old accounts from being selected by mistake
  • Keeps history without cluttering active records
