How Do I Bulk Terminate All Services at a Location?

Discovery allows for terminating multiple services at the same location at once from the location's view page.  This is helpful when a location is closing or terminating more than one service at a time.

Instead of terminating each service one by one, you can do it all in one step.

Where to Find the “Terminate All” Button

1. Find your desired location and navigate to the Location View page.

   Scroll to the Services section.

   You will see a new button called Terminate All.

   • It is next to the Suspend All button.

How to Bulk Terminate Services

1. Click Terminate All.
2. You will be taken to a confirmation page.

3. Use the checkboxes to select which services to terminate:
   • All services, or
   • Only some services at that location.
4. Enter the required Change Details, including who is requesting termination, the reason for termination and the termination date.
5. Enter an Internal Change Note.
6. Click Submit Change to confirm.

Important Things to Know

• ✅ You can choose which services to terminate using the checkboxes.
• ✅ All selected services will use the same termination date.
• ❗ You can only use one date for bulk termination.

If different services need different termination dates, you must terminate them one at a time from each individual service instead of using Bulk Terminate.

What Happens After You Submit

When you click Submit Change:

• A termination event is created for each selected service.
• Each service will terminate on the date you selected.
• The services will no longer be active after that date.
