How Do I Send a Work Order Request to a Vendor from Discovery?
Once a work order has been created, you can send the work order directly from Discovery to the vendor.
Before sending a work order, you can create work order scheduling request email template.

After you have created a work order, follow these steps to send it from Discovery to a vendor.
- On the work order's edit page, click on Request Scheduling.

- Under Recipients, enter up to 50 email addresses. Press enter, comma, semicolon or tab to add additional email addresses. If the vendor has any saved work order request email addresses, those will appear.

- Customize the Subject and/or Body. Both of these can be set using Email Templates settings.
- Once you have finished any edits and reviewed the email, click on Send Request.

The email will be sent to the listed recipients. At this point, the sent email will be logged in the work order's Email Request Information.
