How do I close an Incident?

To close an Incident, please follow these steps.

Click on Incidents.

Use the Search and Filter options to locate and open your Incident.

Select Closed from the Status drop down.

Click on Save Changes.

Note: Once an incident is closed, the Closed By and Closed On fields will display the user who closed it and the date and time of closure.
