Client Line Items

Client Line Items in Discovery represent the line items that appear on a Client Invoice or a Client Credit Memo.

Properties


  • Origin Type: The type of origin for the line item. Automatically populated by Discovery when the line item is created. Can be one of the following: Service, Prior Period Adjustment, Client Account Fee, Location Fee, Billable Expense, Client Service Fee, or Client Line Item Adjustment.
  • Origin Date: The date the line item was created.
  • Service Date: The date the service was performed. For
  • Service Description: A description of the service performed.
  • Description: A general description of the line item.
  • Category: The category of the line item.
  • Unit Count: The number of units of the line item.
  • Unit Cost: The cost per unit of the line item, based on the Unit Count
  • Total Amount: The total amount of the line item.
  • Voided At: The date the line item was voided.
  • Refunded At: The date the line item was refunded.
  • Internal Notes: Any internal notes about the line item.
  • Last Billing Error: The last error that occurred when billing the line item.
  • Vendor Invoice Billable Expense: The Billable Expense associated with the line item. This will

  • Location: The location associated with the line item.
  • Client Account Fee: The client account the line item was generated from.

  • Client Credit Memo: The client credit memo associated with the line item.
  • Client Account: The client account associated with the line item.
  • Prior Period Adjustment: The prior period adjustment associated with the line item.
  • Client Line Item Adjustment: The client line item adjustment associated with the line item.
  • Sales Taxes: The collection of sales taxes associated with the line item.
