Client Companies
What is a Client Company?
A client company represents the end user of a Vendor provided Service; it is both the source of waste and the ultimate payer for the Service. When leveraging our Revenue tier, Client Invoices can be sent to a Client Company either individually or collectively as part of a consolidated Client Account.
Features and Usage
- A Client Company can have one or more Locations associated with it.
- A Client Company can have one or more Client Accounts tied to it.

Client Company Fields
- Name - The name of the client company
- Status - This can be Prospect, Active, or Terminated.
- Account Representative - Optional field, selected from a list of active employees.
- Industry - Optional field, selected from a per-defined list of Industries.
- Primary Contact Phone - Optional field, the phone number that's used as a primary contact number for the client company.
- Primary URL - Optional field, the website address for the company.
Discovery allows you to upload client company contracts and letters of authorization. These can be viewed from the client company's view page.
