How do I find a Client Company?
To find a Client Company, please follow these steps.
Method 1: Global Search
You can quickly find a Client Company by leveraging the Global Search bar at the top of any page.
The Global Search returns entities that match your search term. To isolate only Client Company results, precede your search term with "client-company:" with or without a space after the colon.
Try narrowing Incidents search results by Client Company name, Client Company ID, or Client Company URL.
Method 2: Client Company Index Page

- Locate your Company by typing your Company Name or Company ID into the Search field.
