New
- Added "Cancelled" status to Location Audits — staff can now cancel an audit without deleting it, preserving the record. Cancellation captures internal notes, which remain editable afterward
- Added GET endpoints for Client Invoices and Client Invoice Line Items to the v1 API, enabling external systems to pull client invoice data programmatically
- Added a "No Auto Renewal" toggle to Vendor Contracts — when enabled, cancellation documents and notification fields are automatically cleared, the auto renewal term is set to 1 month, and the contract status is updated to "Initial Term Auto Renewal Cancelled." The contract will transition to Rolling Month-to-Month when the current term expires
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue causing the Vendor Contract status and expiration update job to not run correctly, leaving contract statuses stale
- Fixed issue causing the Client Invoice creation job to time out for large clients, which silently omitted charges from the generated invoice
- Fixed issue causing certain Vendor Invoices to fail posting with an unknown error
