What can my clients do in the portal?

The client portal gives your clients a dedicated space to monitor their own operations and financials across their locations — without needing to contact you for the information.

Invoices & Billing

Clients can view and search their invoices by number, location, status or date range, and download invoice PDFs directly from the portal.

Reports & Analytics

Clients can access reports on waste spending, audited savings, excess and contamination charges, and sustainability data including GRESB and Energy Star metrics.

Locations & Services

Clients can browse their locations and see what services are active at each.

Incidents

Where enabled, clients can report issues at their locations, track status and add comments — keeping communication between your team and theirs in one place.

Compactor Monitoring (where applicable)

For clients with connected Pioneer compactor monitors, they can view real-time status, pickup history and fullness trends.
