How Do I Delete a Location?

Once a Location has hosted an active Service, it cannot be deleted or terminated. This is intentional to preserve historical data crucial for generating reports. The only Locations eligible for deletion are those initially set up but have never had any active Services associated with them.

To delete a Location that has never been associated with an active Service, please follow these steps:

Click on the Records.

Click on Locations.

Using the Search and Filter option, find your location and click on View.

Click on the Delete button.

You'll be prompted to confirm Deletion. Click the OK button.
