Improvements

• Strengthened security around the Discovery MCP server. The MCP host now serves only the MCP endpoint, and its read-only database access has an additional layer of protection keeping queries within the intended data
• Updated automated invoice retrieval for a vendor whose billing portal moved to a new platform, so invoices continue to be collected without interruption
• Improved the performance of the background job that updates compactor monitor fullness readings
• Completed an internal overhaul of how monetary amounts are handled across the application. No behavior changed; this removes a long-outdated dependency and sets up future reliability improvements for allocation and currency calculations
