• Added "Portable Toilets" as a vendor service offering.
• Added a "Copy" action to line items on the OCR Invoice edit page, so a similar existing line item can be duplicated and adjusted instead of rebuilt from scratch.
• Added extracted and calculated due date to the Vendor Invoice Audit API endpoints.
• Added a paginated Vendor Invoice Billable Expenses API endpoint with updated_at  filtering, for accounts syncing invoice data into their own systems.
• Added updated_at  filtering support for pickups on the latest API, so accounts polling for pickup changes can do so more efficiently.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue causing client OAuth sign-ins to error intermittently following a recent API update.
• Fixed issue causing Unbilled Prior Period Adjustments to not recalculate when the underlying service change was edited, which could result in the wrong amount being generated.
• Fixed issue causing monthly reporting summaries to undercount or overcount pickup volume for services with certain recurring schedules.
• Fixed issue causing incineration and composting weights to always report as zero in monthly reporting summaries.
