  • Added extracted due dates and payment-terms-derived due dates to the vendor invoice and audit view pages, giving users visibility into both dates when reviewing invoices.

Improvements

  • Enhancements to Service Prediction Model that uses machine learning to estimate service attributes (size, material type, quantity, and more) from invoice text strings, improving invoice processing accuracy and onboarding efficiency.
  • Enhancements to OCR invoice extraction quality by running a parallel LLM scoring pass alongside the primary extraction, automatically selecting the higher-confidence result for each field.
  • Tightened GL Account handling to prevent common configuration errors: the default Accounts Receivable account is no longer available for selection anywhere in the application, unsynced journal entry line items can now have their GL code changed via an edit button, and the display name is shown on unsynced journal entries for clarity.
  • Resolved a case where attempting to process an OCR invoice would fail with a "source file already exists" error if the file had previously been attached to a different vendor account and then deleted; the system now handles this scenario correctly.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue causing uncapped RMO fees to audit incorrectly.
  • Fixed issue causing service charges to prorate based on a service's creation date rather than its effective date when generating invoices.
  • Fixed issue causing vendor invoices with a negative total to fail when unposting from QuickBooks Online; the system now correctly identifies these as credit entries rather than bills.
  • Fixed issue causing a null constraint violation when saving a vendor invoice billable expense line item with a missing category value.
  • Fixed issue causing vendor invoice edit pages to time out with a fatal execution time error for certain invoices.
  • Fixed issue causing automated browser interactions to fail intermittently due to a UI element receiving clicks intended for a dropdown selector.
