April 30th Patch Notes

New

  • Added a "Roll Back" button on Posted and Paid vendor invoices — users can now reverse a posting, which reverts the invoice to Approved status, deletes the corresponding bill from QuickBooks, and clears all posting-related fields.
  • Added the ability for QuickBooks Online tenants to tag client accounts with a QBO customer and have that customer flow through to revenue journal entry line items sent to QBO.
  • Added a {vendor_name}   merge variable to incident email notification templates (client-invoice, client-invoice-reminder, and incident-initial-notification).
  • Added a "Force Submit" button on the admin Location Audit detail page for audits in "In Progress" status in order to transition an incomplete audit to "Submitted" status without requiring the customer to finish it.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue causing a 500 error when users submitted line item revisions on vendor invoices that contained a $0 amount.
  • Fixed issue causing the beta API's location metadata filter to be silently ignored.
  • Fixed issue causing an internal server error when attempting to view location pages for certain accounts.
  • Fixed issue causing GFL Rover invoices being delayed in their delivery for certain accounts despite them being available in the portal.
  • Fixed issue causing service pickup frequencies to not appear in the services summary table on the Location detail page
  • Fixed issue causing the V1 API documentation to not display the required date format for date fields
