How Do I Update My Login Credentials?
Discovery login credentials are comprised of two components: an Email Address and a Password. For security purposes, each may be updated individually should the need arise.
Update Email Address
To update the Email Address used to login into Discovery, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the
My Account screen using the drop down menu in the top right corner (below your profile name in the navigation bar).

On the Profile tab, scroll down to the
Email Address section.

Provide a new and valid Email Address. Please ensure that you currently have management access for this Email Address.

Provide the current
working
Password.
You cannot change the Discovery Login Email Address without knowing the current Password. If you do not know the Password, you may use the Password recovery feature at the login screen. - 5
- Click the Save button.
Update Password
To update the Password used to login into Discovery, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the
My Account screen using the drop down menu in the top right corner (below your profile name in the navigation bar).

Click on the
Security tab to activate it.

In the Change Password section, click on the
Change Password button. This section will expand.

Provide your
Current Password.

Provide a
New Password and
Confirm the new Password.
You cannot change the Discovery Login Password without knowing the current Password. If you do not know the Password, you may use the Password recovery feature at the login screen. - 6
