Branding Guide

For a more tailored representation of your company, Discovery provides a set of branding customization options. These options primarily affect the visual appearance of your Client Invoices, incorporating your primary company color and brand logo.

Branding components include:

  • Company Color: Any color conforming to the RGB, HSL or hex value protocols.
  • Company Logo: Any size JPG or PNG file, however we recommend a landscaped logo (height is less than length) with a with a height to length ratio close to 1:4. A company logo with this ratio will display best in the space provided on the Client Invoice template.

  • Brand Mark: Any size JPG or PNG file, however we recommend a square image with a height to length ratio of 1:1. Discovery provides the ability for a user to access more than one tenant. If a user manages more than one tenant in Discovery, the Brand Mark would appear beside each selectable tenant name in the user panel. Having a Brand Mark beside the tenant names helps to differentiate between tenants, ensuring accurate management of the intended tenant.

Here's an example of a Client Invoice with the branding options applied; a red company color and a landscape company logo.


Here's how to update your branding details:

Click on your name in the upper righthand corner.

Click on Settings.

Scroll down to the Branding section.

Select your Primary Branding Color.

To upload your Brand Logo, click its Change button. Follow the prompt to locate the image on your local storage and complete the upload.

To upload your Brand Mark, click its Change button. Follow the prompt to locate the image on your local storage and complete the upload.

To finalize your Branding changes, scroll to the very bottom of the Setting page and click on the Save All Settings button.
