Client Operations Overview

Record customer complaints with a fully-featured ticketing system, called Incidents, that allow direct visibility into key customer information (permanent notes, service schedules, etc). Create and manage Work Orders, which track as-needed services from origination to fulfillment.

Primary Features

  1. Open an Incident or Work Order for any Location or Client Service.
  2. Manage Client contact information and portal access.
  3. View full Client details to assist in responding to general client inquiries.
