How Do I Approve a Client Invoice?
Once Client Invoices are generated for a given Fiscal Period from the Revenue - Billable Revenue tab, they are listed under Revenue on the Invoices tab. Client Invoices can have one of several statuses, with primary statues being:
- Not Approved
- Approved
- Sent
- Delinquent
- Paid
This statuses are listed sequential order with newly generated Client Invoices having a status of Not Approved. Before Invoices can be Sent, they must be Approved. Please follow the steps below to Approve Client Invoices and ready them to be Sent to your Client Companies.
Approve Individually
It is presumed you've already Generated Client Invoices for your target Fiscal Period. If not, please do this before proceeding.

- Click on Invoicing.

- Click on Revenue.

- Click on the Invoices tab.
- 4
- Use the Search and Filter options to locate your target Client Invoice.

- Click on the View button.
- 6
- Click on the Approve button.
This Client Invoice now has a status of Approved and is ready to be Sent to your Client Company.
Approve All
If you prefer not to Approve Client Invoices individually, you may elect to Approve all using the following steps:
It is presumed you've already Generated Client Invoices for your target Fiscal Period. If not, please do this before proceeding.

- Click on Revenue.

- Click on the Invoices tab.

- Click on the Queue Invoice Approvals button above the Client Invoices table.

- You will be presented with a double opt-in message asking if you're certain you would like Approve all Client Invoices.

- Click the OK button.
All Client Invoices that were Not Approved now have a status of Approved and are ready to be Sent to your Client Companies.
