Vendor Contacts

Vendor contacts play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration with waste and recycling service providers, nurturing trust and adaptability. Discovery simplifies the management of vendor contacts, ensuring that current information is easily accessible for smooth communication, thereby enhancing efficiency and fostering better relationships.


How do I view or edit Vendor Contacts?

Vendor Contacts can be found under each respective Vendor. Here's how to review the current Vendor Contacts for any Vendor.

Click on Records.

Click on Vendors.

Locate your Vendor from the list or narrow the list by typing your Vendor name into the Search field.

Click on View.

When the Vendor detail page loads, scroll down to the Contacts section. A list of available contacts will be listed. Locate your Contact and click Edit.

You may then Edit fields belonging to this Contact.

Click on Save.
    Note: Once a Vendor Contact is created, the assigned Vendor cannot change. If the Vendor Contact changes Vendors, that Vendor Contact will need to be deleted and re-created under a new Vendor.

How do I create a Vendor Contact?

Click on Vendors.

Locate your Vendor from the list or narrow the list by typing your Vendor name into the Search field.

Click on View.

When the Vendor detail page loads, scroll down to the Contacts section. A list of available contacts will be listed.

Click on the New button.

Provide all required information and any additional information you'd like and click Save.
