How Do I Find a Rover Account?

To find a Rover Account, please use these steps as a guide.

Method 1: Global Search

You can quickly find a Rover Account by leveraging the global Search bar at the top of any page. The global Search returns entities that match your search term. To isolate only Rover Account results, precede your search term with "rover-account:" with or without a space after the colon.

Try narrowing Rover Account search results by Rover Account Number or by Rover Credential Vendor.

Method 2: Rover Credential Index Page

1: Click on Invoicing.
2: Click on Rover Credentials.
3: Use the Search and Filter options to locate the managing Rover Credentials.
4: Click on View.
5: In the Rover Accounts section, click on View. If you do not see your Rover Account and there are more than 12 displayed, click on View All.
