How Do I Archive a Rover Account?
There may be times when Rover identifies Rover Accounts at a vendor portal, but you wish to never subscribe them for auto retrieval. Here, you may elect to Archive a Rover Account.
To Archive a Rover Account, please follow these steps:

- Click on Invoicing.

- Click on Rover Credentials.

- Use the Search and Filter Options to locate the Rover Credentials that manages the target Rover Account.

- Click on View.

- In the Accounts section, click on View All.

- When you've located your Rover Account, click on View.

- Click the Archive button.
Alternatively, you may skip steps 1-5 and go directly to the Rover Accounts index page and find your target Rover Account using the Search and Filter options provided.
Important: In order to Archive a Rover Account, it cannot be Subscribed. Please first unsubscribe the Rover Account first by clicking on Edit.
Then, deselect the Subscribed toggle and click on Save.
Return to the Rover Accounts page and View the Rover Account.
